Perhaps I'll recommended you two scroll up and read instead of posting selective responses I posted my response at the exact same time as you posted your 'response.' Maybe i'll recommend you better explain these brilliant ideas in your original post instead of being a smart ass. Regardless, its still a stupid idea especially when you consider the only people that receive subsidized assistance for public transit in illinois are the elderly and disabled. MCT allows for a discounted student pass but they are one of the few transit agencies in illinois that do this. There is not a cheaper fare for simply being poor in illinois nor is there such a thing on metrolink in missouri as you alluded to in an earlier post. So...ya. Your idea is still pretty damn dumb.
