I have no problem with this. I have encountered people in grocery stores asking if I had cash they would pay for my entire order in food stamps. Well I don't understand how that works when these link cards are assigned to one person. There is all kinds of fraud being committed with food coupons/link cards. If we're not monitoring the program, then we're not helping the poor, we're enabling fraud and the bad habits supported with an ill-gotten trade.
