FYI on a small section of your post: Link doesn't cover fountain sodas or prepared food/ grill items at QT. People can use it to buy the microwave sandwiches, but technically they have to microwave the sandwich after buying it. QT does sell milk and bread at competitive prices. But any limits at grocery stores (no salad bar/hot prepared foods) apply at QT too.
