I'm not much for politics. I try to do what I feel is right and I do vote. I just believe that more people are "working the system" and using the link cards fraudulently than are not. Do I know this for a fact? No. Nor will I ever. I spend a lot of time in the grocery store and I am very observant. But currently there is no way to prove fraudulent activity unless they are standing out in the front of the store trying to sell the card. I have seen them get caught doing that.
