Gregg, what if the person having a quik trip meal is doing so because they have no way to the grocery store? You can't know everyone's personal situation. ALso if a person receives cash and they have another child, they do not get additional money for that child, and there is already a requirement for those receiving cash assistance to "work" a certain amount of hours per month doing community service.
