<b>Those who make mininum wage and have 3 kids simply cannot make it without help.</b> Thats why people on minimum wage <u>should not have had kids</u>, If you can't feed em, don't breed em.. With the advancements in prophylactics in the last 20 years, there is almost no excuse for an "accidental" pregnancy. There is this concept that swept the world over the last century, they call it "Family Planing" Don't get me wrong, if daddy got taken by cancer I can understand, thats what what the system is for, not the offspring of gutter-sluts who just wanted there xxxxx xxxxx filled.
