Actually they would have to make quite a bit of money for their link to be decreased, a family of 4 with one wage earner at mininum wage would qualify for full benefits. There is a large number of people who do their own pircings and/or tattoos or know someone who does. I think to many people stereotype people on aid, I don't think most people "work" the system.
