I'm with you, Gary. (And LOVE the quote) Ok, so we have someone who tests positive for an illicit substance. They have the choice of going somewhere (to use Gary's example, a sporting event) using public transportation or getting in a vehicle and driving. I'd rather have them on public transportation than operating a motor vehicle, thank you very much.
