Yes I understand what you're saying. However, let's assume the overpass had never been built. You still had the opportunity to cross those tracks. In fact, I can remember getting hung up at the 20th street/Missouri Avenue crossing and trying to beat the train by going to one of the othher crossings you mention. Ultimately overpass repair done now or a year from now this is still an issue for you folks on that side of the tracks. I wish you well with it. I just don't know what could have been done differently to make it any better.
