Okay, say you are on Missouri Ave. headed towards downtown. The original 20th street is closed. However, turning left onto 20th street, it now extends over the first set of railroad tracks and becomes Century Drive. You are now in between the two sets of tracks and it leads you back to 22nd street. Then you can turn right on 22nd street and go over the second set of tracks, continue to 25th Street and turn right to go over those railroad tracks or continue on down to Pontoon Beach Rd. East 23rd Street ends at Adams St, and West 23rd ends in the ally behind Logan. There are no tracks there. East 25th Street crosses ONE set of railroad tracks and ends at Century Drive (which again, you will need to follow it all the way to one end or the other to get to Missouri Ave) and West 25th St ends at the ally behind Logan. So, from Missouri Ave, you will either essentially make one big loop (past 22nd street to 20th, to turn and go back to 22nd street), go to Lincoln Place or Pontoon Beach Rd. The intersection that is a mess is 20th/Century Dr and Missouri Ave. Does that help make things clearer I hope?
