We all know how long it took them to build the pontoon road overpass......someone want to bet this overhaul would last longer than they have stated? Yes, catching12 someone will die, having to weave their way to the hosp because of the poor planning. I am not against the city keeping their bridges in shape at all. However its painfully obvious that some prior planning could have made the situation better than it will be......
