Cause you sure don't speak to modern-day employment for a majority of Americans Norad, I always showed up to my office anywhere from thirty to forty minutes early. I always allowed time for delays and if I got there early, I put in a few extra minutes. Back then we called it work ethic. As for modern day employment? Maybe the fact that so many jobs are sent overseas now shows you youngsters aren't doing it as good as we did. We didn't mind giving the boss an extra hour our so a week. We didn't watch the clock. Perhaps the fact that kids now days think picking horseradish is below them. Perhaps someone thinks it's okay to show up three to five minutes late two or three times a week. It shows me what I already know. The American work force is getting lazy and it's catching up with them. And yes, I speak from an elderly point of view as I collect my pension that I contributed to for years. Nothing wrong with that Norad. We used to think of it as the way to do business.
