Minutes count in a medical emergency....if an ambulance has to go around a stopped train and they are in west granite and they need to use the pontoon overpass, good luck! Why didn't they leave a few more of the train crossings open until they got the work done??? Obviously they knew well in advance of their plans. Poor planning IMO.
