I disagree. I worked with a young lady for a couple months. Her dad owns a very well known bar/grill in the area. Very well off family. She had a child with a young man who left when he found out she was pregnant. She had the baby then decided it was easier to collect welfare and work at dads bar for cash rather than have a job paying taxes. She did not have dads name on the birth certificate and told the govt she did not know who dad was so he was "off the hook", she collected welfare and made good money on tips working at bar w/o paying taxes. By the way, she was white so don't make it racist please Lib. The info I gave came straight from this young lady to me - not hear-say at all.
