I know my post was unkind to you, but some-times a kick up the BUM helps. Sorry.

will give you some idea,s on who does them.
As for time to go on these course,s, now i don,t know how many hours you have spent on just this job and got basically nowhere, after a day on a course would most like half the time it will take to get a fix.
As you live in cardiff, i would think James Dillion would be the nearest.
