Maybe i should take more time writting my posts. I am not to good with writting posts. I did do a component test on the actuator. I do not know what the results shoul be, as Ive nothing to compare it to. nissan were not much help. Auto data doesn't have any info on vanettes, serenas, or ldvs. My asumption that the actuator is at fault, is because the reading on the multimeter. It doesn't move when the engine is reved. I get 12 volts with the red straight to the battery, and the black to the component, with the vac hose disconected, and 0.70 volts with the vac hose connected, and this doesn't change with engine speed.
