she has you opi some of the home owner are just as bad as some of the section 8 renters. There is a house behind my moms the owner has left empty for years it's a eye sore. It would be a nice house with a lot of work and this woman rents a lot of property out and from I what I understand she use to be a good landlord now she is more of a slum lord it's sad. I have a friend who use to work all the time if a shift opened she took it and she lived in a section 8 house she begged for repairs to be done and she ended up doing a lot of them on her own with what little money she had after paying her bills and things, she finally had enough found a really good job and up and moved to Alton and has a beautiful house of her own now. So it's not all section 8 people it's just some people whether it be the landlord or the renter just don't give a damn. Goodnight I can barely keep my eyes open
