Held accountable? These people don't give a crap about being held accountable. They do the minimal to squeeze by, and that's how it will always be.... The city "inspector" didn't even really inspect before we moved in. He walked in, looked around, nodded and signed the paper. Oh well. We are going to look at a house to rent tomorrow. Wish us luck.
