That might be true in some circumstances. However, we are not the majority of most people. I don't think renting destroys communities. I just think if you rent to anyone, that is what destroys communities. People on welfare that use the money for drugs, and keep having children to get more money - that destroys communities. The fact that people do not discipline their children anymore - that ruins the community and the whole frickin' country as far as I am concerned. The mentality that people don't have to work for anything or take pride in their work - that destroys communities. I think there are a lot more things destroying Granite than renters. Some people don't have the means to buy. In our case, we don't want to buy in GC because of the deteriorating school system and rise in drugs and violence.
