I've always thought that this city needs to enforce some serious regulation to make residential leasing unattractive or damn near impossible.
Isn't GC already doing that? I've known 3 landlords for many years, and to them, it sure feels like it..... And none are "slumlords".
Isn't there laws banning people from renting if they have certain types of felonies on their record (sexual felonies, domestic violence, drugs)? I also thought there was an ordinance against allowing people to rent if they have too bad of history with past landlords, or too many police calls to the home....
