As hard as it is to sell a home these days... that is what is deterring me from buying a home in GC. We have been looking for quite awhile for a home, and not just to rent. When we sat down and realized how long we had been looking... and found nothing... we decided to only rent and then move in 2 years.
As far as the lofts, I have no idea... I only saw an ad for one, and it was a two bedroom.
I have nothing against buying. We're just not going to buy here. We have a long way to go with our youngest... and they will not be attending GCHS. Unless something drastic with the school system happens within the next four years.
