I have tried searching for the particulars on the BYOB license or permit, with no luck so far. I have found a lot about it in Cook County, of course, but nothing local. It says a few counties have outlawed it in certain venues like strip clubs, but have mentioned no outlawing of it in any other type of businesses. Even if you were able to do this for a short period of time and provide proof to the city that it has caused no problems, it might help. And again, it's a customer friendly service, price wise atleast, but like Gary mentioned you could always charge the "corking charge" or storage. It's worth a shot to atleast see if when you advertised it the leagues would come. Good luck.
