I am not saying that I do not want you to have a liquor license. If you've kept up this business for as long as you have then by all means you are an asset to GC. That said, I do not feel that the law is at all 'discriminating' against you as you put it.
Walgreens was granted a license based on the exemption that iit does not make up a majority of their business. To me that is a non factor in your argument.
You also stated that you could not see the future, and have no way of knowing how much alcohol you would be selling. Well, to that i'd say its obvious considering youve stated you need to be able to sell alcohol in order to stay in business.
Lastly, I really do empathize with your situation, but this law has been in place since you bought the establishment. I know this isnt something you foresaw, but its not something that was suddenly thrown in your face like you are making it sound.
