Actually the only thing a right to work state gives you is the right to not join the union in your workplace. Meaning they cannot have a "closed" shop. You don't have to pay union dues but the money you don't pay has got to go to a legal charity. Also the union is bound buy the national labor relations board, that they do have to represent every member as diligantly as they can. If the union fails to do so, They can be sued as well as the specific union rep that failed to represent them.
