Trust me we tried, nobody at the school cared because she had tenure and it wouldn't have made a bit of difference so why bother. We notified the principle and talked to someone at the board office, it went no where.
As yes, he was in the 10% or higher of almost every catagory. Making A's in his class work should have been one clue it wasn't that hard for him. If he was a C student and blew through it, as least she would have some cause to make an assumption like this, be to punish him for sitting quietly tells you a lot about her agenda, He was well educated before he got into the public system and she resented it. She explained to my wife when he first got in her class that he was going to struggle since he was privately taught prior.
FYI She's still teaching your 4th graders at Maryville.
