What’s the legality of banning or limiting corporate ownership?
We are supposed to be pro-market here. Is there a monopoly situation or illegal practice going on that could already be enforced? So many places it’s dummies in government overregulating housing and taking forever for costly approvals.  Previous Message
Put an ownership cap of 20 single family homes or less by any corporation and housing pricing for entry level homes gets 5-10% more affordable overnight.
