US. Putting a cap of 10-20 homes per investor/company would easily open up 5-10% of the housing stock and would reset the prices to a reasonable level. This is pure supply and demand. If you ever want young people to be able to own a home, then you must fix the supply constraint. I'll happily kick Blackstone in the nuts in order for young people to be able to afford a starter home. And this goes beyond housing as well. You want American birth rates to rise? Well, you better find a way for young adults to buy a home. American birth rates rise also means the idiot libs can't argue to import the third world because our population is down.
