Limit the number of homes anyone can own to 10.
Remove the illegals and fake refugees from the country.
Ban all H1-b and similar visas
Raise the capital gains tax on homes to a $1M exemption.
Young adults will have a non-existent unemployment rate, will make more money, will buy homes, and will have children.
Boomers will stop hording their 3,000 sq. ft plus homes and will downsize and middle class americans will move up to a mid level home that fits them.
