First, he can’t ban this and SCOTUS should pound it up his ass. Second, it’s a dumb fuck idea. What he should be doing is floating Capitalist ideas like 100 year mortgages (if a bank wants to do it, let them), and reduced environmental bullshit regulations, and lower tarrifs on building materials, and less government regulations that require work from an office, and lower tax rates except maybe inheritances (gotta pay sometime) and competitions for innovation in home construction and expanded work visas for construction and service workers as opposed to IT workers, and pledges from Congresspeople to adapt stability in regulation and taxation in housing…
