Is a 1st year Fulton gun (made in 1890) actually considered to be a Fulton gun or a Syracuse-designed gun built in Fulton? It looks nothing like the guns made in Fulton afterwards, even by the next year (1891).
I have read (in several places) that 1st year guns were made up from parts and actions brought over from Syracuse, is that accurate?
Next question, is an early Fulton gun stocked in English walnut?
