The media does two things after every mass shooting. When the story first breaks they tilt their heads and stare like a puppy at the animal shelter when someone walks in the door. Then in typical Brian Ross fashion they begin scanning area Tea Party lists looking to match the subjects name. No need to waste time checking for accuracy. Democrats after a shooting will focus on any possible Republican connection even if they have to make one up, which they have no problem doing. If the shooter is a person of color they blame the gun, unless he is a black Republican in which case hes a brainwashed Uncle Tom. My response is actually the same after each one of these mass killings, no matter how they are carried out. Line the guilty party up and kill him, its not the polices fault he tried to escape. Cruz looked pretty white to me, but scum bags come in all colors. I believe you folks call it diversity. If Cruz had grabbed at one of the officers guns during one of the 39 times they were called to deal for him, and the officer had no choice but to end him, id give him officer of the month honors. Id investigate about as long as Brian Ross did before blaming the Aurora shooting on a local Tea Party member.
