A woman sent this check to her congressman.
It made me wonder what it would be like to send a check in the amount of "Thoughts and Prayers" to the Internal Revenue Service. Preferring to be on the outside of the Federal Clink, I decided that would not be a good idea.
However, that's the only solution they seem to have.
