The DC Snipers weren't white despite the all the analysts predicting and hoping they would be, neither was the Virginia Tech shooter or the Fort Hood shooter. But regardless of that, all of the mass shooters should be executed within hours of the spree, no matter the age, color or religion. The tools used in the crimes should not be ARRESTED.
