Did Nazi's have an obligation to enforce the law? Just asking? By your reasoning, they should have continued killing millions without questioning their orders. Doesn't matter what ordinance/law/statute is created, if it's not constitutional, the police have no duty to enforce it. They took an oath to uphold and defend the constitution.
