yes I do that we are qualified to determine who and what a good teacher is and who can or should be terminated. Really? Try going in as a new board member and firing a teacher. When you spend a fortune on a lawsuit, get back with me. Teachers,as all workers are entitled to due process and very few labor judges will rule based on, "my kid said this teacher doesn't teach good". Referring to it as a business transaction is not the way to do so. It is a business Optimist. It's the business of edcuation and it's one of the moste expensive corporations with the most valuable end product there is. It's a sixty million dollar or more enterprize that has to be run just as effectively and efficiently as any other business.
