I fully understand what you are saying, however i have had no problems with DPF, it still has a good level of fluid and the dpf system is still in good order. The Egr however wasnt as mucky as expected when i removed it but did appear seized or very sticky. I have checked the filter at the banjo on the turbo oil feed pipe and it is as clean as a bell so that all seems good.
The fuel cap sensor is working on live data and dpf tank has sufficiant fluid.
I believe he has changed the paramiters of the egr and not deleted it as i asked.
When i remove the blanking plate as the "puggy top tech says" will all be good or will i need a new egr valve??
