It doesn’t actually dissolve at all ime. I add it to water and gulp it down

Previous Message

I can't tell it's there. It's probably more noticeable in water or cold drinks though.

Haigher, do you take any peptide stacks? - Lexillini October 28, 2026, 15:41

No, not really. I just do creatine and take a hormone that stimulates testosterone production… - haighter October 28, 2026, 16:01
- I think I am finding out that at age 58, my shoulder and elbow joints cannot keep up . . . - Lexillini October 28, 2026, 16:16
  - Listen to your joints, bro. Lifting is the fountain of youth but the last god damned thing - fratstud October 29, 2026, 09:45
    - After discussing this last night, I went ahead and did many of my PT stretching exercises. - Lexillini October 29, 2026, 10:54
  - Are you on an 18 month retirement countdown?* - WesMantooth October 28, 2026, 18:02
    - Hell, no. More like 10 years, likely.* - Lexillini October 28, 2026, 19:35
      - Too many guns! - WesMantooth October 28, 2026, 19:41

I quite frankly do not want to retire. The thought actually scares me.* - Lexillini October 28, 2026, 21:32

My dad had a part time / full time job with Mecum auto auctions… - haighter October 28, 2026, 21:39

Got to stay somewhat structured and def active - WesMantooth October 29, 2026, 07:24

I think my dad had the classic blue collar trap… - haighter October 29, 2026, 09:16

Playing softball has been wonderful for me, and we have players > 80* - Potomac October 29, 2026, 06:14

My dad also retired without really having any hobbies or plans. - Lexillini October 28, 2026, 22:03
  - I had to take 6 months off from lifting because of tennis elbow. I took BPC 157 peptide - villain October 28, 2026, 16:53
    - Did you do the injections yourself?* - Learning_and_Labor October 29, 2026, 06:47
      - Sometimes…half the time my 10 year old super genius son who wants to be an anesthesiologist does - villain October 29, 2026, 09:53

chip clip. Interesting. My friend has such trouble with injections - AceFrehley October 29, 2026, 11:30

Works super well. I'm right handed and my right elbow was the issue so I couldn't - villain October 29, 2026, 13:58

        A chip clip, lol.* - Learning_and_Labor October 29, 2026, 10:38
    - Thanks. Going to keep all of this in mind when I talk to my doc next month.* - Lexillini October 28, 2026, 19:38
    - Got it. From throwing baseballs to my son. - WesMantooth October 28, 2026, 18:03
      - it was weightlifting mainly for me. I could feel the pain in the tendon while doing bicep curls - villain October 28, 2026, 18:31

That's pretty much how I feel right now. Muscles themselves are fine. - Lexillini October 28, 2026, 19:37

Best advice I can give is to immediately take a break and start doing stretches and eccentric - villain October 28, 2026, 22:48

I will do that. I have a set of home exercises taught to me by my physical therapists . . . - Lexillini October 28, 2026, 22:52

One more suggestion for you as well…. With the creatine that haighter suggested. - villain October 29, 2026, 10:34

That sounds like a good idea. Thanks again!* - Lexillini October 29, 2026, 10:52

What creatine do you use that you don’t notice? - Learning_and_Labor October 29, 2026, 10:39

Orgain from Costco. It's micronized as well. No taste, dissolves easy. Like $12 a jar when it's - villain October 29, 2026, 13:53

        That’s what I use. It most certainly does not dissolve whatsoever. - Learning_and_Labor October 29, 2026, 16:02

Put the powder in your cup first, then your coffee....you'll barely need to stir. - villain October 29, 2026, 17:21

It doesn't dissolve. Not much anyway. But there's not much to consume. - Lexillini October 29, 2026, 16:15

I get my creatine from Costco and I forget the exact name of it. - Lexillini October 29, 2026, 10:52

        So do I - orgain. I dislike it. I use a big straw* - Learning_and_Labor October 29, 2026, 11:35

What are you mixing it in? I always do coffee and give it a quick stir with a mini whisk. - villain October 29, 2026, 13:55

        Doesn’t it just settle at the bottom? - Learning_and_Labor October 29, 2026, 16:00

Hot liquids are the key I think.....dissolves much easier* - villain October 29, 2026, 17:22
  - What do think of something like this? Just a gimmick? - Lexillini October 28, 2026, 16:20
    - don't buy anything online unless it's from a subscription service that requires an online doctor - AceFrehley October 28, 2026, 16:28
      - Oh, I won't. Going to discuss all of this with my family doc next month.* - Lexillini October 28, 2026, 19:36
