I use a small whisk but its not really needed for the creatine, just the collagen. Also, I find the collagen is the opposite of the creatine. Creatine goes in the mug 1st, then coffee, then collagen on top. The collagen clumps if it goes in first.

Add in a scoop of collagen into your morning coffee. I do two scoops of creatine and one scoop of collagen and my 1st cup every day. The creatine you don’t notice at all., collagen can be hit or miss depending on the brand, but the Orgain collagen peptides from Costco is OK.
