Of course he will be the first one to go, and to me that is what most of this is about. Ive heard that Mr. Prenzler isnt always the easiest person to work with and that reaching across the aisle isnt exactly a strong suit of his. And yes ive heard this from two Democrats who are in the loop, but i dont discount it. Now it would be laughable to suggest that this was something new from a Madison County Board Chairman, but even so i hope Mr. Prenzler would try to be better and perhaps he has. I know Prenzler took his share of grief both before and after he won also, but i hope he can rise above that. After decades of control he had to know that his breaking up the band was not going to go unnoticed. When people control something for so long they think they own it, just like at the MESD, and i get it, id feel the same damn way. Thats just the way it is.
