Oh Dee, I'm so disappointed in you. Poor little Jose or Muhammed or Josef, it's okay for him to sneak into the country and take advantage of the freebies while also taking a job. I agree with speaking. Punish the business owner but ship Jose's ass back to south of the border where he belongs.
What your saying is it is okay for Jose or anyone else to break a law if the need is great enough. Come on Dee. Even you libs have to see both parties are wrong in this scenario.
