Jose needs to go through the legalization process immediately, not come wading through the Rio Grande in the middle of the night, piggy backing his pregnant wife into our country...seriously.
THAT IS WHY THERE ARE IMMIGRATION LAWS!
Why should they be allowed to break those laws?
This is like saying, a locally poor person who doesn't have enough money should be allowed to rob a bank to get some, even though robbery is illegal, and we should look at the circumstances of the person doing the robbery and then cut them a break.
Entering our borders illegally is just that, illegal. If anyone, Mexican, Canadian, Polish, whoever, wants to become a citizen of our country, great I have no problem with that at all.
My greatgrandparents entered this country legally, through Ellis Island, sponsored, studied, took their tests, took an oath and became citiznes. And worked for every thing they ever had.
My greatgrandpa did not impregnate my greatgrandma, and drag their two kids and her across a border in the middle of the night, land a cash paying job and send old greatgranny to the welfare office after the last one was born on U.S. soil to suck up the free food and housing.
IT'S ILLEGAL.
And NO, no employer should be using illegal people for low wages and they should be prosecuted as well. Better yet, dissolve their businesses as speakingout suggested, and use the money to ship them back from where they came.
