Thanks, Thana! I also have trouble falling asleep (also wake too early, but that's another problem) so I will try that as well. Right now I use a couple of meditation apps that have "bedtime stories" and the sound of Eckhart Tolle's soothing voice explaining silence and inner stillness is a lovely thing to fall asleep to. They also have ocean wave, or babbling brook, or rain sounds. (Melatonin sometimes works for me as well, but I end up with a groggy "hangover" like it doesn't wear off in time.)
