"Less people have good jobs" - where are your facts to back that up? Have you forgotten the mess this country was in when Obama took office? Yes, less people own a home, but remember the housing crisis? Remember when lenders were making loans to anyone with a pulse? Those people ultimately lost those homes to foreclosure and property values sunk. New homes are being built and sold again, even in Granite, and existing homes are selling again. There probably are fewer people that can qualify to buy a home because the qualifications are realistic now.
