If the lady's claim is correct Clancy, she has a right to complain. School has been in session for a month now so I believe all children should have a book.
My guess is that this, if it is happening, is an isolated incident of maybe one or two books. I can't imagine teachers not complaining about this if this were indeed the case.
We'll see. If indeed "In The Know" post a school or teacher who has this problem, I'll gladly call the school board office and find out tomorrow. It will be interesting.
