It goes back to people wanting to sue someone or becoming physically violent, because they think they have the right to. Several years ago when Ponderosa Restaraunt was next to the old Shop N Save, my family and I went there for dinner.

The place was full and we were seated in the "glassed in" area. At the front end were two young women about 21-22 yrs old. With them were 5 kids all under the age of 5. The kids were crawling on the floor, running up and down the aisles. There was food all over the floor, the table was covered with dirty dishes and food.

The two alledged parents just sat there with their feet hiked up in the chairs they were sittin in. It was a disgusting sight and had we seen this prior to paying and getting food we would not have stayed.

Finally fed up with the filth and noise, I contacted the manager and asked him to do something about it.

His response was this: They have been here since we opened this morning. They wont let us take anything off the table or sweep the floor. If I go back there and ask them to control their children and allow us to clean up or ask them to leave, I am opening up the possibility of a law suit. Then I'll have every news crew in the area here, and them standing out front crying about how they were mistreated and asked to leave. I wish I could do something, but I cant. I'm just glad they only come in once a month.

That was my last trip to the restaraunt.
