Ed, I have many mentions for Von Lengerke in my research file. He was quite the competitor. My program for the Second Interstate Tournament on Clay Targets in New Orleans in 1885 has the Von Lengerke and Detmold stamp on it. I believe Mr. Von Lengerke was a competitor at that tournament. Somehow, he was absent from the first Interstate Tournament in 1884 in Chicago. I wonder what Conrad Sundeen ever did with the VL&A name? He doesn't seem like the kind of guy who would keep it in his back pocket.
