Ya but there is a difference. These feet are attached to the future, not to derelicts. I remember growing up here in GC. The only thing downtown was the skating rink, the travel lodge and a pool hall. All but the skating rink was know for their less than sophisticated and polite clientele. In fact, while growing up, the pool hall was one of those,"Don't go there unless you want to get stabbed" kind of places. That bad mojo is still hanging around its neck and won't go away until it truly changes. And its not going to change that reputation if its necessary to drink to enjoy the service it provides. Of course, if it's empty and stays empty, then it's not an issue for long and changing the pool hall will come in its own time and with owners who understand and don't resist the new neighborhood climate.
