No the current system isn't working, the wrong manager was appointed. Some poor signings made some good,a better more experienced manager would get a better tune out of this group.

Yes you can try something different, a DoF, but that gives no guarantee of success or the improvement that many posters seem to think is certain.
The manager and the players have to be responsible for what happens when they cross the white line, the majority of those players could and should be performing better, regardless of who is in the boardroom.
