Seriously questioning the board’s backbone and credibility. There is backing your man and then there’s just blind inadequacy and loyalty. Maybe they just do not have the expertise and knowledge to do the right thing. He’s overseen one of the most appalling collapses in football. Yes, some credit in the bank, but not this much.
It’s sad really - nobody is saying he hasn’t got a role at the club. Just drop the ego and control - great leaders want better people around them and he simply does not have football background and expertise. It’s a huge hole at board and executive level.
