It’s astonishing.

The CEO has proved he can’t oversee football/take us to that next level but the board have not got the teeth to sort it out. It’s been massively fumbled.

You’re right, a DoF was needed when we got promoted to the prem. share the load and have an executive member who was a football man. Pride and ego wouldn’t allow it though.
